Project Management Philosophies and Strategies

The management of construction projects requires knowledge of modern management as well as an understanding of the design and construction process. Electrical projects have a specific set of objectives and constraints such as a required time frame for completion. Electrical Management Systems project management is distinguished from others by accomplishing the mission – oriented nature of a project. Our mission is client satisfaction. Electrical Management Systems project management procedure consist of directing and coordinating human and material resources throughout the life of a project by using modern management techniques to achieve predetermined objectives of scope, cost, time, quality, and client satisfaction. The two modern management techniques that Electrical Management Systems utilizes were developed for general management that we adapted for our project management procedure. The basic ingredients for our project management framework are represented schematically in Figure 2 – 1.
